Boars do you have a tow bar ?
If not getting one is cheaper than a new car and if yours is a popular make you might even get one cheap second hand.
You can get tow bar mounted racks that will take a stealth and they're pretty handy as you dont need to be lugging around a trailer.
This is one type I've had custom made for my bikes. Cost around $300.

re: flat batteries, as above once you've been caught out once you'll sell a kidney before you let it happen again!
I recommend setting your CA to cut out about 1ah before the BMS typically does, then if you get carried away not paying attention to the AH used you can turn the CA back down and cruise home with some assistance. While 200w is usually a joke, on a heavy 35-55kg bike it's a welcome assistance to take the load off the pedals and otherwise busting your arse. I got caught out on my fighter recently when the BMS cut out prematurely under heavy load. But because it tripped the CA also went out too so I was stuck and it was bloody hard work. Then I came to a downhill grade, and even with the bms tripped the back emf from the motor will power up the CA and the controller (some may have noticed this if walking your bike while the battery isn't even connected or on) This powering up of the controller and CA then enabled me to use regen, and although it wasn't much with the fairly short hill it was enough to kick the battery back up above the LVC point and enabled me to pedal with ~150w of assistance the rest of the way home. It was a very proud moment 8)
Not much you can do about flats short of running thick tubes (as I've said before run a 19" moto tube even in the stock 24x3 rims) or try slime. I've had mixed results, but it wont save you when you get a massive tear or pinch flat.
Speaking of which, here's a vlog style video I made to pass the time last time I got caught out and had to do the walk of shame while out on my fighter.
