Today I have this charger and power supply and two 6S 8AH LiPo in serie, making it a 12S pack:

It work well, but it's very noisy! I also don't like that I have to remove my battery pack and plug in the balancing cables every time I need to charge it. I would like to just plug in a charger like the cycle satiator and it will charge and then I would like to have a BMS connected that takes care of balancing and such, but then I found the first link in this post. Are there any good BMS out there that works and takes care of the cell balancing without any overcharging of the cells?
