electric bike stolen Melbourne Australia

A Customer had his Electric Bike stolen yesterday afternoon.
lt is d black 2O inch folder with gold mudguards, a mini geared 20 inch rear hub motor and a 36v custom rack mounted battery.
l'II try to get some pics up later.

What kind of paddock setup did the bike have?
Interested in knowing for the sake of understanding if my bike lock setup is good enough.

Unfortunately the bike was not physically secured, was parked outside a shop whilst owner was inside... bike had/has Keyswitch

security camera footage suggests theif took off on pedal power only...

N yeah i know the owner should have locked it up... helluva way to reinforce that lesson eh?

No such thing, really--locks only keep honest people honest, and delay a thief a few seconds to a minute or two. At best, a lock will cause a thief to pick the not-as-well-locked bike next to yours, if there is one.
