I wanted to build light, but still powerful ebike. I choose Eleek Lite frame to start with. I wanted to do it in fat-version. Bike has been ready about one year and 3 month. And i have been drive it about 17 000km so far.
My bike specs are:
Frame: Eleek Lite Fat
Motor: "Mxus 3k" fat clone
Battery: 20S7P (LG HG2 cells and ant bms)
Controller: Nucular 12F
Brakes: Hope Tech 3 E4 with 203mm brake discs
Rear suspension: DNM rcp-2s (750lbs coil)
Front light: Lupine SL X
Front blinkers / turn signals: Motogadget mo.blaze discs
Rear blinkers: Kellerman Atto
Also there is arduino inside bike. It is used in alarm system. Start bike with rf keychain, control blinkers, battery heater, gps etc.
Here is first picture when i started to build my bike, nothing special about it:
Next i build wheel and opened motor and added ferrofluid inside:
There is picture when ferrofluid is applied on the magnets:
I didn't take photos each step, so next picture is when bike has wheels and side cover color is changed to red. Also rear shock is red:
I continue to add more pictures soon. I need to resize them etc.
