Can anyone give more details on this project:
http://hr-ev.blogspot.com.au/search?q=bms

It appears to use emus bms program, so that cell voltages and temperatures are displayed ( amoungst other data),
but seems the person has built his own components. I cant see emus bms ( emusgui) mentioned anywhere in the blog,
but there are pictures of the electronic components he's built.
If this person would open source his work ( i'm not sure if he has or hasn't) it would be excellent solution for diy battery monitoring.

If you haven't already, you could contact them and ask about it? Perhaps ask them to come to this thread and post their project?

Why don't you read a bit in the link you posted........

New web site has started http://www.emobilis.lt/ for the car and activity which is just basic info about the car and the controller for it which is named EVMS - Electric Vehicle Management System. This is the name for the development the management system which previously called BCMS (until I included the motor controller in it as well). Info in lithuanian was put first.
The exhibition was quite successful with a lot of attention from visitors and media. This might inspire further development of the product or some more EV conversions in.......

Looking at the dates this Blog was done it was Pre-EMUS.

So I can bet you that this is the actual development blog for the EMUS......
But you never know.

But I would say that the blog points to this being before EMUS started selling so if any the EMUS would be a clone of this guys work.

Best Regards

You can check with user "circuit", as he did most of the design of the EMUS......

Copied this picture from circuits blog.....

So it seems like its the evolvement for emus

circuit said he's was cofounder with emus, but now has his own company, the price range of emus system still too high for my use....the wait continues for voltage/temp monitor via android at low cost.
