Don't add any logos unless the companies pay you for them (which could then be funneled to ES). You don't want to get into the business of free advertising here.
You also would probably need permission to print them (not that it would necessarily be difficult to get such permission, but companies do hire lawyers, after all).

Stuff like that make this idea blow. I could do them logo free but then people would be like WTF is this about. I do wanna support the sphere tho.
I AGREE.... leave the advertising to streetcars and tv stations.... nice bright colors are very good.... wouldnt mind paying $ 15-$20.00 for good quality shirts[especialy if some goes to ES] .. make long sleeve and short sleeve : Abright green with black or yellow or other colors fo9r lettering and symbols... white with shades of green ... we are promoting green living habits ..... NO CASH.. NO ASH ... I SMOG YOU NOT..... GO E- POWER...NOT GAS POWER....GREEN IS CLEAN ....XHAUST NOT... PART OF THE SOLUTION

I didn't mean give it up. Send someone at the companies an email about your proposed shirts. Remind them (someone's going to know about ES, even if we're not their biggest customers individually) that there are over 9000 members (9267 as of today, should be over 10K a year from now) and a nominal donation to the forum host would help their PR and not even show up in the rounding errors in the annual report. And after you get the first bite, you can tell everyone else that their competitor (or partner, if in another field) has signed up, so they'd look really miserly if they didn't.

My favorite bike shirt is one I picked up from UrbanVelo at NAHBS. Unfortunately they don't seem to sell it anymore.

I'll take whatever the majority wants, but as to preferences. I really like having a pocket. Several times over the years I have recieved company shirts for free. Most had no pocket to make them more affordable. Most of the pocket-less promotional shirts ended up being used to wash their cars. If you can keep the price near $15, you should be able to sell quite a few?...

Lets do this in group buy format. It will be $10 plus shipping. USPS priority. $2 of every shirt will be donated to ES. I need a minimum of 25 orders. Looking for closer to 50 for steeper discounts on the shirts.

I'm offended, no 9C, no FrankenbikesRus? what's the world comin too? Whatever the end result, I would gladly buy 3 to 4 at $20 if I can pay for them next month. All I can send now is $20. I too like the dayglo green fade to black at the bottom shirts. Kriskros has some fine sayings for the back of the shirt. I will pay extra for one that says ECHOPPERS RULE! or FRANKENBIKES R US. I would hope to expect $5 per shirt would go to the forum. But I don't make shirts, just excuses.

I AM PROUD TO BE A MEMBER OF ENDLESS SPHERE..The quality of information,the open welcome given to newcomers,the support members give to each other is unbeatable,LUKE,i missed the contribution post.no excuse,did not see it. I apologize to you and to the members who contributed. Such open consideration and generosity is very rare these days.MY very best to all of you. THAT being said ..T SHIRTS....I am an e-biker[like many others]because of helpand info on ES. ES is an important factor in the development and proliferation of e-bikes... Our t-shirts should reflect that....QUALITY SHIRTS,THOUGHTFUL LOGOS AND/OR SLOGANS,PROFFESSIONAL PRINTING,AT LEAST TWO<PREFERABLY THREE COLORS... anything that doesnt reflect the true image and value of Endless Sphere i would use to wipe down my car engine...this my fully biased and totaly prejudiced opinion.. like it or lump it.....peace your speak.... ALSO i would support a light,windproof,waterproof shell jacket.actualy i thinh more could be done with that...... my personal preference for a slogan....I SMOG YOU NOT....after all,that is an important value of the e-vehicle

Its one thing to roll out junk. If you want something nice its going to be upwards of 20+ dollars for hoodies and windbreaker type stuff. To some thats a hit across the head to others its a drop in the bucket. The thing is I only get good discout with volume orders of 50 or more. If I could sell 25 shirts and get 50 good quality ones with more colors then its worth it but the order of 25 will make the shirts cost more and you get alot less. I maybe able to split 25 short 25 long with pockets but if you want higher end stuff then It maybe out of the question. Since a handful of people costly items. I have a choice of silk screen or embroidery. So cotton polos may be possible. Hoodies are possible also but its defintely at a higher price than my suggest 10 plus shipping. Like I said. Id rather do something along the lines of a group buy and get a solid 25 orders prepayed so I can place an order 50 of some good stuff instead of 25 of crappy stuff.

IDEA FOR LOGO... i am not an artist[i couldntdraw a strait line with a compass] but i do have an idea that maybe someone who can draw[and thinks my idea may have some merit] could doodle with. BACK OF SHIRT....approx 12"chain wheel with a globe centre[ we are world wide]and around2/3of theoutsideof the chanring aslightly exagerated chain tap;ering together...like goiung from the chainring to the freewheel,but not meeting,slanting slightl.y down and ending at rib cage... exagerated teeth on the open side of chainring.... arounr the outside of the chain the words ENDLESS SPHERE... starting arced and then straight as ithey reach chain.... at the botom aslogane.g I SMOG YOU NOT..... FRONT...I like the phrase suggested above...ELECTRIC HORSEMAN.....some ramdom b attery cellks scattered around...I know its difficultto draw from a word description,but if anydody is interested,pm me a sketch and lets see what we can workout...thanks

Ok, just a little back story. After pissing and moaning about not having any shop space I ask my friend the silk screen guy if he knows of any shop space in the area for rent. It so happens that he had about a 20'x10' space in his unit with equal amount of storage space underneath. So now for the past month I have been building next to a tshirt factory.
Were throwing a benefit party for the hackspace tomorrow and so I had him make me a bunch of shirts to sell. It cost me $50 to make the screen and printed shirts are just $5 a pop after that. Pretty good deal.
If we used my guy, the first ten shirts at $10 a piece would pay for the screen, and any sold after that could get $5 each to go to E-S
Just thought I would throw tat out there. I could even do the screen building done myself and ave $30 off that screen cost
