Believe it or not, that bag is holding up pretty well. The Polypropylene Shell... meh - less so, but hanging in there for another year or two I should think.
After all this time the only serious issue I have with the assembly is that it takes time to mount and dismount for battery inspection/cell-leveling 2 or 3 times a year.
If I had to do it over again - I'd try to make it again from scratch and just have the seams so they stick outward because the Shell covers them up anyway.
Thinking about the future: If I upgrade from 63V to 74V the bags will have to be remade to hold 10 batteries/side instead of 9. :wink:
Also, the batteries located up foward get a little bit squished if their too close to the forks, so maybe a bit of reinforcement or armoring would help protect that part - like a hard shell perhaps.
