It looks interesting. Its a nice design, with some total crap parts. Good rims, But Tektro brakes should be replaced before riding with... any other brand. or bits of string and tinfoil. They are that bad. Trying to stop fast on Tektro brakes is about like trying to not stop.
The Zoom fork I had looked up a couple months ago on Alibaba.com. I believe it was $8. Not a typo, eight dollars for a bike fork. When good suspension forks easily cost $800, it was 8. A cheap ridgid replacement fork for a walmart discount kid's bike is still going to be over $20, but they want $8 for it.
Replace as soon as humanly possable.
Shifters and derailers are Shimano, but of their Walmart discount bike veriaty. Functional but cheap crap for an $1800 bike
The motor looks like some form of Bafang geared hub. Thats good. it does appear to be the size of a 500w geared hub, so no suspicions there.
Panasonic does make a servicable Li-Ion battery. But Batteries degrade with time, even when not used. My worry is that a craigslist bike will be an older model, something that sat in the showroom or warehouse for the last year, and the battery is now dead, dieing, or at best lost 1/3 of it's life just from age.
So short answer: Looks nice. Not worth the price.
If you can get it on a discount, and drop a few hundred into brakes and a real fork, it could be a good bike.
