Hey guys I really need help as I have tried everything to fix this issue. I have 2 Far drivers 72680 and 96530 on different bikes both with the same issue. Both were running fine until this issue. The controller cuts out and shows motor hall error until I come to a complete stop then it shows system ok and if I twist throttle again it does the same. I have changed hall sensors, I have checked wiring, I have run auto learn again, i have changed wire combination and re learn. I have changed the throttle I have even tried a different motor as I thought it could be that. I have noticed that when I apply the brake it makes the hall error trip. So many be a signal wire issue? I'm out of options. Please if anyone can help point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance

Yikes 2 different controllers and different models too, both tried with different motors and cabling?? and Both exhibiting the same fault behaviour??

If both motors have had the same ??rough? treatment perhaps both have damaged cables fed thorough the axle centre??
Bad luck if so..

Rigging up a continuity test where you can flex the hell out of the cable and its exit from the motor while reading each wires continuity in turn, might reveal an issue if not already done? - sounds like your ready for desperate measures, and improbabilities..

If you built both bikes could a common build error be possible? one thing i have fallen foul of is overtightening cable ties when routing cables, add a bit of tension and flexing from ridding the bike and cable ties can cut into cables if overtight.

thank for the reply I have rewired the halls from motor to controller since the issue started with no change. I will check over cable ties but on one bike the wires are not cable tied to the frame after replacing. One of the bikes I changed hall combination and it seem to of fixed the issue but after a week of riding it's back.

Im not familiar with the control systems but you mention swapping out everything but system display units? can you run headless?
