Fardriver mini 12 no throttle

hello, I recently got the Fardriver mini 12 fardriver to put in my e scooter but i cant seem to figure out why in my app the throttle only gets up to 0.27volt at max whe it should be around 4volt.With my multimeter i checked the controller does receive the voltage imput but in the app it only show 0.27v so i cant do the auto learn
