Fardriver ND72200 issue

I recently installed a fardriver ND72200 on my bomber clone. I have hall and phase wires along with throttle, battery and electric lock switch all hooked up. When I turn on the controller all it does is beep about every second and doesn't do anything, I cant seem to get a connection to the Bluetooth dongle or even see it on the fardriver app to try to connect. Does this mean the controller is fried some how? Or what am I missing?

Is there a specific beep code? Or an LED flash? Do these match any error data provided in the manual?

Is the battery voltage high enough for the controller's present settings? (or low enough)

Does it behave differently with one or more of the external parts disconnected from it?

So it will beep two short beeps followed by on long beep and repeat the pattern endlessly. This controller didnt drive with a manual and I wasnt 100% sure if the manual is found online was the correct one. Fardriver controller are new to me entirely. I had actually returned this one and waiting fir the reppacment. While Trouble shooting I had found that its possible that it had a blown mosfet. It also looked like the company had sent me a used returned item. So I will update once this replacment comes in and see if I was just sent some used on refurbished controller.
