I got my tsdz2 motor on my Townie, with the xh18 display. Everything was working fine, but now I've lost my speed/odometer after just a couple km. The magnet was lined up with the arrow. The connection seems tight. I tried taking the magnet off and waving it directly in front of the sensor and it's still not picking up anything. I'm worried it's either a bum sensor or the connection inside the motor is loose. Just wondering what else I can test for, I've sent an email to the vendor.
edited to add: the speed sensor comes with a Y-splitter to feed the lights, and the lights don't work either.
edited again: I changed which side of the Y-splitter connected to the speed sensor, and that seems to have come back. Still no lights on either side though, so maybe that one connection of the Y-splitter is gone? Is that possible?
