What voltage areyou running and what top speeds do you obtain loaded/unloaded?

it´s 36v, Li-ion 10 amp hours i believe. It can´t maintain speed even with the slightest wind gust or uphill. I have a Alprace ecorus, it is 20" wheels with 250w, and it kicks the roc hoppers ass. It seem almost like it is running on save mode, and never gives away without putting a lot of effort into it.

Today when taking it for a ride, it worked ok, no cutting of power with load, and followed the other bike pretty good. I usually have to restart the controller every 1-5 minute.

how is the amp measured best from each phase?

You won't get much out of a water bottle. ..

6 fet controller is whet, 15amps or 12?

I'm not sure, had to change the fuse and couldn't get hold on 20A. Runs at 15 amp now but i fear it´s not even close to max output.

It sounds a little like the battery isn't balanced yet. If it cut out before and better now, maye the battery is starting to balance.
Don't expect it to be a rocket like 3/4 of the builds on ES. It's an assist type setup not a power system. you need a bigger battery and controller to get any performance out of it. Then it will cause the motor to overheat if riden for a few miles.
It's a nice looking build but not a powercycle.

Are you sure the phase wire combo is correct? If wrong you get high current draw with low performance. Dose the controller have a self lean wire? Check wiring then try it again.
