Fitness and ebiking

grifftek, take a look at www.speedict.com. This device does some of what you seek. I think however that to do it all will require body sensors and some programming to link the two inputs together for unified charting

If you do find something though - keep us posted as I think that is a grand idea :)
Best, KF

Congrats Grifftek! Looks like you can fit two of yourself in those pants.. hehe.

I think we have found our 'Jared' ;)

what i noticed is that the best stamina training is: switch on the cruise control and try to keep up pedaling constantly to keep up with the motor help - that works incredible , after few minutes im completely tired!
Coz the speed is constant, going forward continuosly, no time for recovery, freewheeling as the motor keeps pushing so you have to push along!

Right, have a watt meter, set your cruise at the same mph daily.. Try to knock the consumption down every day by pedaling a little bit harder. Oh, and try not to crash while you're staring down at the little screen. :)

good idea if you are cycling outside of the city. in towns there are too many "variables"

it is really great training, pros should do it. I love cruise control!

With slower bikes that lack cruise you can use wide open throttle as your "cruise control" while you pedal along. For example with the affordable ezips that works, and the motor gives you auditory feedback on how well your legs are doing.
