Took an hour for the first aircraft to arrive.
Helicopters working closest to the blaze, Super Scoopers in a separate holding pattern a few miles east, big C30s have their own large area and random jet drops of phos-check as they arrive.

Huhm I thought that C-130 footage would be nice to watch, turns out I can't? Disabled add block, no dice, Ublock still no dice... other browser still no dice :/

Used to live nearby. Lots of homeless people in the freeway interchange area of the San Gabriel River trail which I took to work for several years.
