No; sk8norcal,
Its very usual people in China stole copyright from you, students will ask you to give them your drawings as their practice;I also knew "R win"scooters copied my prototype more or less, prototypes of PGO and KYMCO have similar mechanism appearances with my tilting scooter

Though not clearly that picture,Its front end mechanism looks like a Japanese bike patent, yet I found the caster trail of the scooter might be wrong(negative unstable caster) as I had seen in many forums of newbies

yeah, that's what i figured.

i don't recall seeing any kymco tilters...

that above bike's front end reminds me of this,
http://tiltingvehicles.blogspot.com/2010/05/yamaha-hagane.html
KYMCO didn't show their prototype in public, the picture was captured by citizen on road test

that above bike's front end like this, could be the same builder as I seen in that forum, his many ideas were jokes at all

#The tilter was modified from Yamaha's bike, that advertisement call it:a new product from Yamaha!

what forum was this?

and what do think of the yamaha tricity?

Never mind! you won't visit Chinese forum of vehicle/modern craft DIY

I won't choose something like MP3 style front end,up front space is a benifit for a tadpole

I play hardware no matter what gas or electrical
after I lay down, the great wall shall still keep its people from escaping for freedom of mind which reduces officers luxurious living
I don't care just what they play, cause forever I will say- -to be continued

new video,

The Sway will be available in three models, the Basic, the Lithium and the LithiumPlus.

The Basic at $4999 is just that, with a 20 mile range, a 35 mph top speed, lead acid batteries and a weight of 280 pounds, it can almost be called usable.

The Lithium at $7999 has a 40 mile range, top speed of 60 mph and weighs in at 220 pounds.

There's also a LithiumPlus. Though not yet shown on their site, Joe Wilcox of Sway Motorsports says:

Our market research has shown most customers want power and range and are willing to pay for it -- So in addition to the two models on the site, we are now offering Sway LithiumPlus, a 70mph version with a 60 mile range (city) and 40 mile range (Highway) at $10999

LithiumPlus will feature a 5.7kw (96v, 60ah) battery pack 10kw motor and belt drive, rather than a hub as the two smaller versions have. (At 70mph, unsprung weight of a hub motor is a consideration)

In response to the demand, we are jumping into designing and building the LithiumPlus, and expect to have final images and a working proto of highway version by summer.

I've been keeping an eye on the SWAY for a number of years now... congratulations to Joe for keeping at it.

..some criticisms of the design - a little too wide, front wheels could be a fair bit closer together, which would help with the steering. I feel it doesn't turn as good as it might... Too much leaning for too little turn. Stable - very, but needs to be a bit more agile.

Better fit some splash guards on those front wheels before you go out in the wet !
Whilst i admire the engineering and tech detail,..I have never really understood the logic for all this complicated leaning mechanism just so you can have a 3rd wheel & a wider vehicle with less maneuverability than a 2 wheeler. :?
Offering a simple 2 wheeled version at $1k-$2k less would be an interesting market test !
PS: .. is there any actual suspension on that front end ??
