Full throttle 1.5v when hooked up to CAv3 presets correct.

Iwhenever I hook up my throttle in pass through mode to the CAv3 full throttle only goes to 1.5v. When I hook the throttle directly to the controller I get normal voltages (.86v in 3.76out). I have been talking to Justin at Grin Tech directly but I was wondering if the members could be having the same problem.

Everything is normal if I run the throttle in pas thru mode if I unplug the motor. I have cheched and rechecked all the perameters.. I have set the min thro in to 1.0 and the max out to 3.76 ( reading from the CA diagnostics screen). Temp sensor, PAS, all disabled. I programmed in the Battery, 57.8 volts, Amps 50 (controller specs), shunt 1.4 (controller specs). All the rest of the parameters are default (physically verified). The controller is a Edge 3000 50a, And came with a CA plug. I have tried to get information about the controller from the seller to no avail. Lastly, I want the give praises to Grin Tech's high level of professionalism. All my emails and questions have been responded to. I would appreciate ANY HELP on this.

This sounds very strange. If it works normally when the motor is not connected to the controller, but the whole system works normally when the throttle is not connected to the CA (but rather directly to the controller), there must be some wiring issue, perhaps one of the motor phase or hall wires is connected to the bike frame via the axle (nicked insulation), and one of the CA wires is *also* shorted to the frame in the same way?

So that whenever either of those is eliminated, the problem does not appear.
