Well yeah... whatever the bike is, if you push it close to the limits of "incline" and "loose terrain" it will start to become uncontrollable... If you push it passed those limits it will become uncontrollable! I just thought it would be fun to see these sort of bikes pushed close to the limits on loose inclines. That video of the hai bike is the closest I've seen to its limits. I would really like to see more powerful ebikes do something like that now. Like Whiplash's New One!!!
PS: A bike like the one in your avatar could do a lot better. But the best performing machine in this sort of off road stunt is certain type of buggy made for a whole motorsport based on loose terrain and insane inclines, formula offroad.
