g force raptor scooter help

Hi everyone first time here. Recently bought a 2012 g force raptor and the headlights were out but the guy I bought it off gave me extra. The new bulbs blew and now my ignition won't work. Cant turn the bike on with the key. I can however start it with the remote start . But the bike now only goes 30 km/h were before it did about 43. Any help to fix this would be great
