I'm working on a hybrid, with 6 steps from gas motor to tire, not counting the electric motor's reduction and connection. I'm trying to find the optimum gears for electric, gas, and pedle power, but scratching this stuff on paper is for the birds.

Anyone know an online calculator that can handle 6 diffrent ratios?

No, But I can give you one. How do they combine?

gas -> jackshaft -> combiner shaft
electric -> jackshaft -> combiner shaft
humans -> combiner shaft
combiner shaft -> tire

Works out like this:
Gas motor to internal jack shaft
Internal jackshaft to external jack shaft
External jack shaft to spindle shaft
spindle to read hub
Rear hub reduction
then i'll need some kind of reduction for the electric motor. I can add it in anywhere but it will likely need some reduction
