GIO 500W how to unplug 2 blue cables under the seat

Hi all, I just got the GIO 500W and tried to check under the seat to see if the 2 blue cables are unplugged.
I've found 2 cables unplugged but one is blue and one is black. Are those the 2 cables that are supposed to be unplugged to switch from 350 to 500w or do I have to unplug another blue cable that I can see plugged in under the seat?
Please help.

The connector is a single wire coming out of the controller and looping back in. On my controller the wire is blue on both sides.
