glue...hailong battery, how to get it out.

Hmmm... lots of glue underneath as well. it is putting up a fight.....BMS is dead and of course it's under the battery pack. Help

The “glue” is high temperature silicon, and there’s no easy way to get through it, but take your time plowing through it to prevent doing any damage to wires, connections, or temperature sensors attached to the battery pack.
