due to the great insights this forum and its wiki provided me,
I was able to build my very first E-Bike (Build thread soon™ )
I bought the GNG 2015 62V chain drive and am now in the process of replacing the primary T8F (8mm) chain with #25 (25H).
The standard chains outer plates hit the motor sprockets threaded "hull" to the sides of the teeth, and creates noise.
I attached pics of the new stock design.
The large sprocket is screwed on with 3 hex screws and the small one screws onto the motor shaft.
I will update this thread with the exact measurements ASAP.
A dual-D bore 13T sprocket from Electricscooterparts.com would fit if I modified the motor shaft ( I really don't want to)
Some big-ass 78T sprocket from amazon has too small a central bore and incorrect BCD, both off by just a few mm.
Any ideas where I can source fitting parts?
