Golden motor BAC-283 USB cable

I have got Golden motor BAC-283 controller. I would like to adjust parameters with the parameter setting software. I do not have the USB cable, but it looks like USB to RS232 adapter. Does anyone know how to make own compatible PI-200E cable?

Still trying to figure this out, I tried connecting RS232 direct and USB but no luck.
