GREAT NEWS FOR BMC 1000W OWNERS!

It appears that the BMS is the limiting factor, they didn't match it very well for the specs on the cells. Ypedal changed BMS to something he had and it does what it's supposed to do. For the OP needs, unless he gets a 20ah pack, I think he'll be tripping the BMS a lot.

The link it to a picture I took of the actual 48V/20Ah battery pack EV Components had in stock while I was picking up my 48v/10Ah one. The 20Ah version is very nice looking and comes with metal 5 pin wiring ends to tie into the pack. Looks a lot better on the outside than the 10ah pack. I expect that since the 10ah BMS is cutting at around 35amps or so, that you'd be good to 70+amps with the 20ah pack. I'd love to hear if anyone has one and can load test it.

Does anyone one know the codes for the blinking light inside the controller?

I was given this post for a Crystalyte controller

Also I fried two hall sensors when the wires but shredded at the axle. Who knows what spec the sensors are? Where to guy them? Also does anyone know where to get a new circuit board for the hall sensors? MIne will work but a little mutilated.
