GT73 x Leaf Bike hub build issues

So I got this 1.85 - 19 inch 48V 52V 2000W rear electric motorcycle motor kit. I am trying to make a hybrid from a Leaf Bike gearless motor and a Riding Times GT73 frame.
Installed it on my GT73 frame just bare minimum batteries, hub, controller throttle and the screen.
Problem I have it just jolts for a fraction of a second and cuts the power, if I try to push throttle just a bit it works for a 1-2 sec and cuts the power. After checking with support tried senseless mode and the throttle worked! Just I needed to do the push to start the whole bike...
Support told me there is no E07 error so most likely the problem is with the controller. I though the hall sensors are bad, but I am no expert in this field.

They said they check everything before shipping but mine doesn't work for some reason.
Maybe you have any ideas what could be wrong with it?

Here’s a guide by TommyCat for testing the hall sensors.

It also has a flow chart and instructions for troubleshooting the hall sensor and phase wire wiring order, which could also be the issue, however since the components were purchased as a kit, not likely.

Could you post a pic of the label on the controller. The Leaf kits have varied over time with respect to the hardware used, but the S830 display usually means it’s either a JN or a DC MOTO CONTROLLERBYLITHIUMBATTERY controller.

There is only this sticker that says leaf motor. No other info on the case. Thank you for the link I will get into that. Might be more than I can handle

Interesting. That’s the first controller labeled/relabeled by Leaf that I’ve seen. I’d check the halls first. Could be one bad sensor since you're getting some movement. If not, the wiring order would be the next test.

There are two pairs of hall sensors in the motor. With both pairs same issue. They added second connector from the motor halls. So bad sensors are not likely then? Controller or as you said wired incorrectly which is new from the factory shouldn't be wired wrong. I am so lost at this point like walking in the dark seems like. So I will stick to your suggestion test halls and hall wiring.
