Is pic #3 of a different pcb?? pic #1 indicates the common ground (provided by the black wire) is connected to all 3 hall sensors via the ground plane of the pcb and central pin - you can verify with a meter/continuity test
Use the ground (black wire) with the black probe and test each hall sensor signal wire (green, yellow, blue) with the red probe and a 20v dc set on the meter scale, Turn the bike system on to provide logic voltage to the sensors and rotate the motor/wheel backwards, a healthy sensor should show a 0-4.5v fluctuation. Replace sensors that show no reaction.
