I want a well rested President the goes to bed at night and does work during the day.
10am at night? What is your definition of "Day?" We think of the work day as barely beginning when he's done.

If he sleeps a lot and appoints experts to his cabinet to run the government? That's an excellent outcome.
Oh, a Reagan fan.

It's the great beauty of the printing press that we have over 500 years of literature that says exactly what you guys are saying. Can you figure out why only historians bother to read it? Can you awaken to the realization that only the idleness of the mind is filled by those thoughts? Every generation talks about those before them and after them exactly the same way. I could make a video for you of all the things I've watched where Jordan Peterson trashes people like myself: Quite contemptuous of "Post Modernists." But I am capable of understanding he's making a mistake of what post modernism is, it's deconstructionism he's so upset about and that's not really a part of post modernism even if so many post modernists fall prey to such thinking. But you? No, the moment someone thinks differently than you, OH, what an evil person that must be.
It was because the future was SO BLEAK that Europe needed to embrace the totalitarianism of Utopia. Such was the message in the year 1516 book of Sir Thomas More. (The truth is there had been over lumbering, over hunting, over irrigation. A continent of clogged rivers that what little flow was contaminated, few trees, many starving.) Oh, the 99% would be far happier enslaved completely by the 1%. The great question was whether or not More was SERIOUS about that 'Great Reset.' It seems surprising to me it took so long for his head to be cut off. But the readers at the time believed it, and so the legend was born. Except immediately came a parody, with Gargantua (Words such as Utopia and Gargantua were created for these books) as the OVERSIZE king of Utopia, his son traveling to Paris and putting down a riot in the time before pressurized water with---his own personal firehose. (Also a giant. Ewwwww.) Oh, the family of Gargantua invented scalability, they got larger and smaller depending on if they needed to fit inside, etc.
Which story was worse? At least the family of Gargantua was FUN. (At least if you weren't rioting.) Both books wound up in the personal library of the second son of Christopher Columbus, who used the small amount of his inheritance that he got from his fathers' fabulous fortune (Most of which was stolen) to build a library the likes of which the world had never seen. The first to take advantage of the cheap books and actual booksellers made possible by Gutenberg. I wonder if I could search up a list of the titles of books the prince was looking for in Paris. I think one was 'The Testicle of Theology.'
All these people lamenting the grim future of these poor, ignorant people, saying the only hope was to take advantage of them, really didn't understand the salvation was already underway. NOT the salvation the elites wanted for them. EVERYONE was learning to read. And unlike you, they had a great desire to take advantage of this great gift even on a much smaller scale with offerings NOTHING like you had available to you. They intended to make GOOD use of it.
I remember Andy Rooney talking about a trip to a poor third world country early in his career where he got in the cab with the poor, uneducated driver who started talking to him and seemed to know and understand more than these haughty journalists and politicians he was spending time with. In that same way I can bring so many people whom you'd look down on in and show you how far ahead of you they are. Need I explain it's because they BOTHER to look at reality? I recall my sister when I think about these goofball journalists that don't know what they think they do. Then I think of what she said to the all knowing do nothings like yourself? "And what's YOUR claim to fame?"
Ah well, philosophize your excuses. Hate me for pointing out your excesses and FAILURES. And bring truth to your own words of the world being a better place once you're buried. But you have only yourself to blame. Always demanding that EVERYONE must suffer so that you personally can have your Great Reset.

You are such an optimist!
I'm sure he'd prefer to be called 'Elite.'
