i havent seen any info on them regarding the use of ebikes for 48v set up 1000w
 
They're not suitablefor an electric bike. You'd need about 20 of them to make a battery out of them, which would require a lot of wires. Charging them all would be a nightmare. I think you'll find that they have only three cells in them and they're not actually 9.8ah. They multiply 3 cells x 3.7v x 3.2ah to get 12v at 9.8ah, which is three times what it should be.
 
They're useless for eBikes and way exaggerated capacity to boot. They sag like anything - I was using one to run a 2amp, 5v phone charger, and even full they sagged to high 11s.

I've bought two from different suppliers in case it was just one dodgy one, but both were like that. It was okay for topping up my phone for a while, but eventually just threw it out.
 
Yes too small, but good for keeping your phone, ipod, or lights going.
