Help - BMS C- Output Voltage Lower than B- input

Hello,

I need your help because my 17s Jiabaida BMS has a problem. The C- voltage output (the charger port) is lower than the B- input.

I have a 14s6p battery and all 14 leads are correctly soldered to the batteries. My battery pack is well balanced. Here are the photos. As you can see, the C- output is 18.83V whereas the B- input is 56V, which is the correct battery pack voltage.

Could you please help me diagnose this issue? I don't know how to test the BMS PCB circuit.

Hi, YES it worked! But i had to turn off the "switch function" before toggling the "discharge". Thank you very much
