Help for a US adress near Canada for an ebay item

I wanna buy a power supply/charger for my ebikes and the ebay seller is asking me to get a US adress to be able to bid ( bid is ending soon!! please help!

Best would be with someone with a US adress close to Canada and Quebec, but i'll take any help anyway!
