Help! KT sine wave controller de-limited

Hi, I built my first hybrid hand bike over a year ago with the help of a very resourceful engineer mate https://youtu.be/DZAG-wMxc_U Unfortunately, he has moved away so can no longer help out. I'm tetraplegic, paralysed from shoulders down (inc hands) and have a frame to build my second e-handbike which attaches to wheelchair. I have a Bafang Max Drive which I want to mount on the hand crank and a Neo-drive already on the front wheel. I want to use both motors as a dual machine for a couple of reasons, more power, more traction, better hill climbing, choice to use throttle (Max drive) and ...just because I can! To do this, I need the help of someone mechanically good at putting stuff together and possibly with use or access to Ali welding. If you can help and in reach of Enfield area, please let me know! hello, I have an ebike with a "KT sine wave controller 36V 500W 48V 500W Hailong controller Big Hailong battery case controller 36V / 48V 22A 9 mosfers".

It limits the bike to 16kmh speed. I want to remove the limit restriction to use on private land. How can I do this?

Is this controller programmed to limit speed by manufacturer or a market/specific use?

If I bought a new controller, would it still be limited?

I'm using a 1000w motor, with 48v 11ah battery and KT-LCD3 display.

What is the maximum trip speed set to when you enter the setup mode on your LCD3?

Hi I have and e-mobility device http://en.klaxon-klick.com/klick-electric-race-tetra/ with a Hailong Battery with this KT controller http://www.szktdz.com/en/news_show.php?article_id=587
and KT LCD3 display. The display will not allow me to change max speed above 16kmh. It is limited by manufacturer. I want to de-limit the controller so I can get more speed out of the 1000w motor to use on private land only (no legal speed requirements). Can you tell me if the restriction is with the display or the controller? Then I can replace whichever part for new, hopefully then unrestricted?! Many thanks, Dom

Hey Guys,

i am using two external KT controllers on my bikes atm, 48V - 350W & 500W, totally satisfied with the perormance.

BUT
Where can i buy these internal boards?
I have to Hailong cases with the designated space in the holders.. but with external controllers i am forced to use triangle frame bags.
I would really like the cleaner look of the integrated solution, but have not been able to find a seller for the boards only. Wrote PSW power an email (supplier of my controllers) but they were no help..

Appriciate your help!
