My battery order from hobby king arrived today! All of the cells are 3.80v-3.83v, one cell is 3.79v which is probably fine.

But they all seem to have a bend/dent in the same place on all of them. Some of the batteries are worse than others. In these pictures I put the worst bent/dented one on the bottom and the best one I have (least bent/dented) on the top. The bend/dent is the bottom left corner (when viewed from top). The bend/dent is in the corner where it says Turnigy.
Please let me know if this is ok or normal.

It is not normal, but probably OK. Those cells are flexible and a small dent is unlikely to cause any problem.
Cycle them, make sure they are fine before assembly.

i don't see it. the shrink wrap is the problem for all of these since it distorts the corners by crimping them so tight and squeezing the electrode/separator sandwich more than in the middle.

Yes it does appear to have happened because of how tight the srink wrap is. Should I send these pictures to HK?
I tried to find the lipo warranty page but it appeared they have taken it down. In one part it said some thing like low voltage claimes must be made the first day but now all I see is the 30 warranty?

you don't have low voltage and no apparent damage so there is not gonna be much to make a claim on. everybody just accepts the shrink wrap and don't really care about the damage it causes so i think you can just use them like that and it will be a no op.

Thanks Dnmun and MadRhino. I was most worried about going over the 24 hour period that no longer seems to exist. Unfortunately I can not cycle my batteries until I get my charger which is coming from China. Also I think I read somewhere that you were supposed to register your batteries when they arrived. Are you supposed to do this and if so where?

Most of the time I don't bother to register a 7 000$ bike
I see no need to register Lipo's that will last one season, and that I would never ship back anyway.
