Help needed buying a new controller

Hello ebike community,

long story short: I needed to buy a new battery for my "noname" Lidl ebike. It's called Colorado Arrow and has a 250W front motor.

Unfortunately the battery is not produced anymore and I had to buy a newer version which they promised would be compatible but unfortunately it's not. The display is working but there is no support when riding the bike.

Left you can see the old battery. Right you see the new version.



I brought the bike to the local bike repair shop. The guy checked everything and told me it's probably the controller which is broken. I should look which version it is and should just order the same one. They can't do that as it is China ware and they wouldn't give guarantee on stuff like that.

Unfortunately I also can't find this model online to just replace it.

The controller is blinking when the battery is connected.

The cables are connected like this:



The one cable has 6PINS.



Can somebody please help me finding a fitting controller? I look and look but can't find something fitting. I'm also a total noob... Any help welcome. I'm happy to share more bike / connector / display details if needed. Can also provide more pictures of course.

I don't know about your battery/controller but I have a bike that I use a aftermarket battery.The battery connection has a third wire that sends 5 volts to the controller/display.Until I sent the 5 volts it would turn on but would not power the motor.Check the outputs for voltage other than battery discharge voltage.

Googling Lishui LSW06 was enough to turn this up. Appears to be the exact same model. Lishui's appear to be expensive controllers at $125, You might check for the return policy if it doesn't work. The seller could be a fake too,

It's also highly likely you could just buy a different display and controller for the same price, and that it would not be too hard to connect it to your motor. You have no throttle? Just brakes and pedal sensor?

Hey, thanks for your answer! It's unfortunately not exactly the same model - I'm searching since hours and slowly but surely thinking about the new display + controller solution.
