Help Question

My WE BD36 stopped working Friday, I have tested the parts with another WE BD36 Bike and it seems to be the wheel, its only 3 months old so i know its under warranty but really trying to save the shipping cost to send it back. Does anyone have a thread here with the hub disassembled? or maybe some suggestions of what it could be?

No real idea of what your problem could be, but if it really is the motor, it almost certainly has something to do with the brush assembly.

thanks so much, that was the post i was looking for...

I noticed in the days before it quit working it was making a grinding like sound when it would start going after it got up to speed it would stop the sound, then it started to seem like it was going slower and slower till it quit... don't know what that means but once i get it pulled apart i will post some pictures of it. again thanks for your help
