Ok, I realize my words are really confusing. Here are some pictures.

It was a pain getting the holes to align right. I just wiggled the drill around to make it wider if I didnt get it right.
I guess you could lay some paper on there and punch holes in it as template, I didnt think of it at the time.
I cut a little slot with a chisel (or a router or something) to go over the little protruding thingy on the hub (I guess it houses
the bearing?)

I found this searching for other peoples instructions, some body made a cool metal tool, mine is HELLA ghetto by comparison,
but a LOT easier to make.

If you remove the reduction gears you must align them on re-installation.
Each one has a mark on it (looks like a pen mark, the must all be towards the pinion (gear at center) when you put it all
back together or you will have problems.
