I have a battery pack for an EV Rider with the following specifications. EV Rider will not give any info only to dealers. Cost of battery is $700 I do not have. Someone tested batteries they are good it's the board that's bad. I know zero about this can anyone tell me how to identify board. I am out of options to find an alternative solution.
I found a lot of batteries on ebay but plugs and dimensions weren't right. Any advice or comments greatly appreciated.

Nominal Capacity 11.52Ah

Pack Nominal Voltage 25.2

Charge Max Voltage <6A

Discharge Max <30A

Operating Current 12A

Min Capacity (Ah) 11.5

Nominal Voltage (Vdc) 25.2

Max Charge Current (A) 6.0

Max Charge Voltage (Vdc) 29.4

Max Nominal Discharge Current (A) 20.0

Discharge Cuttoff Voltage (Vdc) 19.6

Charger shows Output: 3-PIN Connector (PIN 1- Positive, PIN 2 - Negative, PIN 3 - Negative)

Max Charge Voltage (Vdc) 29.4

29.4÷4.2 = 7

Looks like a 7s LiIon battery.

Do you have any pictures of the BMS and cells?
Preferably including any labels or markings.
