Help with new 47/72 volt chinese controller

I cant seem to get my controll to work....

I gave it 80v from the batteries to the + and - leads...
I hooked up the phase wires from the motor to controller and matched the colors...
The hall effect wire connector from the motor fit into the female coonnector on the controller perfectly and the colors matched...

I then plugged in the red, green , black wires connector to my 3 wire throttle...

The problem is the bike doesnt move. I measured no voltage on the 3 wire throttle plug from red to black or red to green...

Also, what is the door lock wire... my ebike came with a small thin red "door lock" wire, which i feel may be a reason why its not working...what would that go to...

Did you measure the voltage from battery on the main leads to confirm?

I hooked up the phase wires from the motor to controller and matched the colors...
Just because you matched the colors on the phase wires does not mean you have the correct combination.

You need the right combo for the hall sensor wires to, thats why I only use SENSORLESS controllers now

Could be a defective throttle, does happens. Could also be you fried your throttle, happens.

Also, what is the door lock wire...

the thin red wire, electric door lock, needs to be hooked to the battery positive to turn on the controller. most people run this through a switch, to turn it on and off. if your battery has a switch that you use to turn the bike on an off, then you can just hard wire the thin red wire.

EDIT: just saw your pics. could be red to yellow, but I need to look closer

OK, looking at the diagrams/labels, looks like it's just the thin red electric door lock, goes to the battery + to turn it on. I'm sure you can get a second opinion though.
