I'm making my first conversión from regular bikes to e-bike but I don't have the money to buy an e-bike controller since I'm handicapped... However I have this controller board and a hub motor but I can't make the wheel turn no matter what I do... I'm no expert in electronics reason why I'm asking for your help, the controller board is from a razor model HT2415D-1 version 03 by tao tao inteligente technology, if someone out there has the schematics for this board, tell me how to make the wheel turn or can help me in anyway I'll appreciate it

Did Razor ever build an E-Bike? I just looked at their web site and all I saw was skateboards and scooters. They have a help center contact form and a blog that might be of some help. That does look like a 3 phase motor controller.

I'm by no means an expert in this area but what wires are going in and coming out of the controller? A hub motor will need three phase wires for power at the very least and the controller will need to have two wires for the power coming in. Does the controller have five smaller wires coming out? If so those would be for the Hall sensors.

Apparently motors vary greatly in details such as the angles of the phases which a controller must be set up to handle too.
