Hobby King processing time?

It's been all over the place for me. If there's Lipo involved 'seems lately they might be going through Sweden for some reason?
That order status is kinda joke IMO. I've had orders arrive and still says processing. March 23rd-29th - weekend in there I wouldn't get too worried, they're on their own time table.
If I want chargers or meters quickly I go to epbuddy.com. Works out almost the same $$$ and easier to communicate.

Same thing w/me - HK doesn't seem to update their status report, like ykick said, so I wouldn't worry. I have had 7 shipments from them so far & am waiting on the 8th. But I can understand your impatience....Mark

Most of what I ever ordered comes fastish. But I don't order lipo not stocked in the USA anymore. Just too nice to get it without customs waiting, and wierd mailing routes through Europe on the way.

Im in same boat, ordered march 23rd 6 5s lipos to manitoba. still hasnt updated from processing. hopefully thy will be at my door tomorrow!! havent had any problems in 5 or so orders, not lately though.

I received shipping from HK as fast as 3 weeks, and as long as 2 month, but received everything I orderd every time so far. Lipo sometimes take a long trip to come here, it's good to have at least double what you need.
Thanks for the replies. I knew I might be in for a wait prior to ordering but figured I'd ask here anyway. Will post back when I receive my order. It's my first experience with hobby king and my most expensive online purchase to boot. I'm in Ontario, Canada by the way. The sun is just starting to come out here. Looking forward to riding in warm weather for a change!

I'm in Ontario too (Oshawa area), recently finished my build and getting out a bit when it is above freezing, but the cold winds can still be brutal.
If it helps, here is the history for my two HobbyKing orders (both including LiPo):
1. Ordered Nov 27, got email on Dec 7 saying the order was dispatched (after backorder item cleared), received on Dec 17.
2. Ordered Feb 1, also had backorder item, eventually I gave up on that item and removed it, couple days later (maybe 3?) got email notifying dispatch. That was Feb 18. Arrived Feb 26.
So I received my orders 8-10 days after dispatch email notification. On the first order I don't remember the tracker details, but on the second order for sure it never showed up on the status, like the others have said.

Emailed them a couple days ago to inquire about my order status and they replied back promptly telling me my items were packed. Today I was informed my items have been shipped. I placed the order on March 22nd. So it took 7 business days to ship. Not too bad. I paid for ems and they say it will be between 4 and 7 days. Will post back when items are received. Everything looking good so far.

Mine said that for a couple days too I believe. Mine is presently held at customs. The updates have been every couple days. Not so bad thus far. I'm anticipating to have my stuff before next weekend but we'll see. I'm pretty excited. I started off with 36 volts then went up to 48 volts. Soon I'll be up to 66 volts. I'm really curious to see how many cycles I'll get out of these that's the real question mark.

any luck mine still says its at air transit center, for the last week!! ordered on 23rd. ems express. most expensive option, wtf??
I picked up my stuff from the post office today. I placed the order on March 22. Today is April 12. So it took 21 days total. EMS shipping from Hong Kong to Canada.
Mine said processing at transit centre for 1 day before it was updated. I have read of some people not getting updates and their packages arriving fine. You could also try copying the tracking number into Canada post they might have it.

Bought some stuff 13 april and got tracking number today, thats two days, they've always been good to me.
I have never bought more than 10 kg so I don't know if its worse if the package is bigger?
Good luck with your buy, I would not worry, they will give you your parts, it may just take some time.

Got it today. package bashed up but 6 PERECTLY BALANCED LIPOS all 30 5ah cells arrived at 3.85 or 3.84. THANK YOU HOBBYKING!!!!!!!!

good to hear they all came so well ballanced... ive just done similar (ie 1st major oline buy/hk buy) bought 9 5s 5ah lipo from the aus warehouse, got a email saying 'order shipped' the next day, now just hoping that they all arrive nice and ballanced too...
