hoverboard battery pack with BMS?

Looking for a cheap lithium battery that I could use with my kids power wheels...

would these hoverboard units have a BMS built in to protect discharge and charge rates?

4.4ah 36v would be lots

I suppose it depends on which one...the cheaper it is the less likely it will have a useful BMS (if it has one at all). You might want to go looking around at all the hoverboard fire stories on the web first.
