How do you replace the battery in velo mini

A friend lent me his Velo Mini folding eBike even though it doesn't seem to be charging up. When hooked up to the supplied charger it flashes between red and green light.

where can I find a replacement battery - and how do I replace the current one that is hidden in the frame?

I think you get at it after removing the back wheel. ELV Motors distributes - contact them.
