Hi Metador, what did you end up doing with this. Did that layout work out for you in the end?

I'm thinking of similar but don't need BMS or voltage indicator. What do you think could fit without those?

Havent got to it yet since i mouved of the country for a while and all my stuff is in a storage unit in Canada. I will get back at it in tue coming months... My BBSHD is on a bike with no battery pack on the bike, so i will have to tackle this task.

Nice topic considering downtube cases.

Im facing similar dilemma now. Want something which holds about 60cells and is removable.

Your info u posted definately helped just not sure im ready to pay that sum for a case but it made me to look in the right direction.
