I ordered a new hub and controller for my scooter..I am lost on the wiring. Can't figure out the throttle wiring. On fact finding anything on my specific throttle is tough. So I Have a zq 100 finger throttle and display. Here is a Pic of my controller how do I wire the throttle to the controller?

Controllers and their i/o devices are generally paired with matching control firmware, And Throttles generally provide controller input on a signal wire part of a 3 wire connection @ circa 1.1-4.1v'
Did that display/throttle come with the controller? If not it may not be compatible, its manual you linked to indicates it lacks a generic throttle return input and instead relies on 2 way serial coms to talk to the controller? so if not programmed to communicate with your controller??

perhaps photograph the controller display connections you have and other inputs? are they visible in the background of pic2 or are they your scooters leads? do you have a link to the original ad for more specs?
 
What brand is your controller (pic of the label would help, or link to where you purchased it from would be better)?
The ZQ100 has several versions, with 5 wire and 6 wire versions. What version did you purchase? (a link would help)
The versions are/may be controller specific (e.g. one of the 5 wire versions works with BrainPower controllers). They don't have the typical throttle wiring (typical with have 5V, ground, and throttle output signal), and don't have a 5V input from the controller, rather the unit has a 5V supply to convert the battery level voltage being supplied by the red conductor.
As mentioned, if you didn't purchase the controller and throttle/display as a set, they are likely incompatible. You may be able to get the voltage readout to work, and possibly the throttle function, but the other display info (speed, etc.) or control functions (changing assist levels) will not work.
I believe there is a version of the throttle/display, that provides throttle signal via the digital out output of the unit, which requires a controller that can interpret that digital signal as though it were a typical analog voltage throttle input, so matching the right unit to the controller would be absolutely required in that case.
I believe later versions of that form factor are the LH-100 and the QS-S4, that look the same, but wouldn't be compatible with controllers that use the ZQ100 unit even though they look exactly the same.

I have gotten a new 1000w hub which I ran on the old controller. Need something that will handle 1000w. Now. Thanks

You may need both, purchased as a set, but there may be other options. First you need to determine if the controller you purchased works with your motor. You'll need to determine if your motor is sensored or sensorless. You can tell that if the cable coming from the motor has only 3 large conductors (green, blue, yellow), or if it also has a hall sensor connector with either 5 or 6 smaller conductors. It should look similar to the "hall wire connector" shown in the pic of your new controller. If the motor has that connector, then the motor will likely work with the new controller, although there may be some matching of hall and phase wires that may need to be performed, but since the new one has a self learning connector (purple and black, automatic detection, as labeled in the diagram).
You can use the new controller, but pair it with a display that isn't controller specific, but needs minimal connections to the controller, such as the CT-22. That may require some work setting up, but it will provide a speed reading and odometer, as well as battery level and voltage, but won't change settings of the controller. The conductor marked "display" is likely replicating one of the hall sensor conductors, and can be used by the CT-22 to determine speed, after inputting a multiplier to account for wheel diameter to determine speed. However, the new controller has no settings, but does support a three speed switch for controlling output, that doesn't require connecting to the display (just a simple 3 speed switch that you'd mount on the handlebars. You also have the option of running with no display, and just the 3 speed switch, and simple thumb throttle using the new controller, which is probably the least problematic and easiest to implement.

Yeah! Which are the learning wires?? More documentation would be preferable.. try google translate on the label for a manufacturer?? -> manual

Any chance of returning it? your display is a bit smarter than the 2 wire fed volt meter display this controller is intended to employ.

to use it you would need a generic 3 wire throttle to plug into the wires labelled throttle. find the correct combination of grounding or shorting or? the key-on off wires (probably connecting/shorting?), connect brake sensors etc and then engage the learning aspect by connecting those wires that are not visible above?? only referenced by text? if the wheel spins the wrong way, disconnect and reconnect (i think) and 2nd time it should rotate in the right direction? and be good to go?

many generic scooter throttles incorporate a suitable led voltage display ;) example
 
If thats a 14a peak output controller so if supplied with a fully charged 48v battery (54.6v) Thats a max theoretical output of 764.4Watts of power, so for a 1000w motor you would be better off looking at a controller with25a Peak output perhaps 30A? Whats the max drain of your battery bms?
Then again its a scooter so perhaps best to stick with safer speeds..
