Identifying hall sensor

Hi guys, long time.

Got a bad hall sensor 41f 316 in my Mac hub motor
Can't find 41f 316 sensors anywhere, is the last three digits batch number or does it have a meaning?

I just acquired a Totem ebike. The wires are broken on the hall sensor.
Can anyone help me identify this sensor

The picture is terribly out of focus. Try again.

Take the picture in direct sunlight; almost all cameras and phones will autofocus very well that way.

You'll also need to be sure to get the numbers on the sensor itself in the image (without them we can't look anything up to help you find a replacement sensor).

Unless by "sensor" you mean the entire board (which isn't a sensor, though it may have some mounted on it).

How did the wires get broken? (knowing this may help us help you find all the other things that could have been damaged so you can fix the entire system)
