Unlikely, few will be happy draining li ion cells to 2.5v
Another test below 4.2v to 3.0V. I made up a battery with 50 of these cells. In use, I notice there is very little left in them when they reach 3.3v.

Im just trying to compare them to other cells, as other cells are specd as discharged from 4.2v to 2.5v

It's a cheap low energy 21700 made for specifc markets.
Not much use for it when there are 180-205Wh/kg LFP cells now.
