is it ok that halls sensor wires have continuely?

i've found that the black and the yellow wires of mt halls sensor have continuously.. (not big, resistance like 250,000)
i cut the wires and tested the hall sensor legs and it's still have continuely.. meaning itsn't wire problem..
what do u think i should do?
switch the hall sesnors?

It sure sounds like a bad hall sensor and a replacement might be the way to go?! - (I'm guessing off what I understand you to be saying the symptoms are)
