hi guys.... I recently installed a controller Kelly KHB 12151 on my bike, Cromotor V1 and L-33s 3p nanotech iPo ... I knew that this version is not very powerful but still looking for the reliability that I had with the previous controller (Lyen24 fet ), I had changed in such a way that gave peak current to 300A and 120 continues .. unfortunately does not accept such currents and broke 2 times in 2 months
the decision of Kelly? ... painful! .. I have always considered my Lyen 24 a monster of current "uncontrolled"! and the fun was insured but without the reliability hoped
applause at Kelly for various functions encoded error, you can not instantly identify the problem ... but what about the power I was really disappointed though it was installed the new firmware the unit can not deliver more than 42A peak and few kW at the wheel
a friend of mine with the same firmware at least managed to pull out at least 160A and 10KW ....
the batteries and motor are ok ... the program of Kelly is set to maximum power ..... the idle speed is good (141km / h) I can not find a solution to the problem ... if I knew the result would have taken a Greentime controller at $ 40 which was perhaps even better!
What do you think of my description? Is this normal?

Hi,

I'm a bit surprise that you didn't talk with Kelly about this problem may be they have a new firmware for your or at least a hint.

Be sure to use the correct version of the program when you try to program your Kelly controller otherwise you can experiment issues like this.

This summer I was using another laptop with an incorrect version of the programing software and it take time to realise that I’m using the wrong version for my controller after that everything is working fine.

You claim that you use 33S of Lipo =138.6 Volt (Over volt protection) this is a bit too high for maximum 136 Volt controller, did you try 32S or 30S with this controller and see how it goes?

hello and thank you for your reply, I want to point out that the load 33s Li-Po to 4.12 V for area.The a maximum charge of 135.9 V and the controller is not by abnormalities
