What's the minimum speed the bike must be going before FD engagement with NO added pedal assist upon engagement

What's the minimum speed the bike must be going before rapid/maximum acceleration can be applied Or, is it a locked ramp-up setup, no dumping amps, so it's a programmed acceleration that can't be overloaded to force a quicker response What is the maximum/optimum acceleration range in "15kph blocks" (from x/kph min to x/kph max), and how fast can it do that

What acceleration can be achieved on level ground from a stop to 35kph... how long does it take
