KTM Freeride E-XC Akku repair

Hi guys, I just have done recell my old 2.6kwh battery with 3100mah murata VTC6 I did also installed voltmeter. My ktm went into "limp" Mode so I mean blinking red light after approximately 18km and voltmeter shows 265v which is around 50% charge, and with blinking red light I can done another 30km before battery shows around 205 volts and then ktm dies. Is there anyway to let know electronics about new batteries? For me personal it's kind of wird because I was thinking electronics is going to calculate range trought volts not trought used KWH.

I know from somebody that BMS can recognize changing of the cells as a fault an block it, before changing of the cella there should be done some Kind of Bridge/ shortcut with correct Resistance on the sensor with Ring and Cable, i do not know what is the Name of this one. I have the same battery and trying to repair it, Battery is produced in poland, there is a team who can repair it, They have the know how but i Need to wait more than 6 months. I have another Specialist who will try to change damaged cells but we are not sure how to do it to Not Block the BMS, we are searching some more Informations about.

There is also Company in Swiss, They can repair KTM Power Pack and change all the cells for more capacity but it costs same as new one.

Is it possible to put a switch in the KTM battery pack to be able to access the power, as a source to charge other battery packs?
I have many KTM batteries and 2 dead motorcycles, but other bikes that could be recharged via the KTM pack.
Would this ever be possible??

Of course:
I know someone who worked in The Company which developed and Build Powerpacks for KTM, they can repair this battery next year because they are Full with orders.

Probably it is not possible to make such an Connection. You can not charge with Max Amp.

Do you maybe have a Controller for Freeride E, not only damaged batterrypacks?

A better question is, what is the error code you are getting? Knowing what code you get, it might be possible to find what that code means.

Knowing what the specific symptoms you have are would also help.

Knowing what specifically happened before the problem began would help as well.

Hi Amberwolf
I left the charger in storage mode for 5 weeks and now the fault cod is 35 according to charger.
Guess one or more cells have to low voltage.
I also guess that by connecting charger BMS is handled by charger otherwise batteries BMS would have shot down charging.
Who can repair the battery.
Thanks in advance
